Dec 8, 2012 · When I bought the car I only got 1 key (I got it used, was promised one more key, never got it, long story). I have seem to lost the key a couple of days ago. My Mondeo is 2009, Mk4. I went to my local Ford dealer and they said the only way to get new keys is for them to get the car to their garage. The Mk5 has lost something IMO. To me the styling has polarised opinion and is too Marmite, whereas the Mk4 was a very good-looking car without any controversial/flashy styling features.
